Liberty Lodge A.F. & A.M.

[[[p]]]Liberty Lodge A.F. & A.M. celebrated its 185th anniversary in 2009. Chartered in 1824, Liberty Lodge is the oldest fraternal organization in the City of Beverly. [[[br /]]][[[br /]]]Today, Liberty Lodge is involved in hands-on service, including MY CHIP at elementary schools and community events like Touch-a-Truck in May and Beverly Homecoming in August. Members of the Lodge deliver Christmas trees to self-identified families with the help of the Salvation Army. We also run a monthly pancake breakfast and family dinner and movie night. [[[br /]]][[[br /]]]Additionally, Liberty Lodge contributes to United Way of the North Shore, River House Homeless Shelter, My Brother’s Table, Salvation Army, Saint Peter’s Church, Salem Mission, HAWC, Beverly Bootstraps and other worthy causes. [[[br /]]][[[br /]]]The Beverly Masonic Angel Fund is a joint effort between the three Lodges in Beverly. The Fund provides modest assistance to children in need who do not fit the criteria for the usual social-service programs. Angel Fund money raised in Beverly stays in Beverly. [[[br /]]][[[/p]]]
